Stacking the Shelves is a feature hosted by Tynga's Reviews - it's a way for us to talk about the books we received/purchased/borrowed during the week.
Vlog:
Mentioned:
The Prey (The Hunt #2) by Andrew Fukuda
When We Wake by Karen Healey
Unravel Me (Shatter Me #2) by Tahereh Mafi
And I went to the library after filming the vlog, to borrow the first books in two series as I received the sequels for review late last year:
Undead by Kirsty McKay - I've read two great review of this, one by Rachel and the other by Heidi
Unleashed by Nancy Holder and Debbie Vigue
And don't forget our giveaway for 1 copy of the audio book of Everything Beautiful, is still open!
Have a fantastic weekend :)

Awesome bookish haul this week! Unravel me looks brilliant and I'm dying to read it! The front cover for When We Wake definitely caught my eye.
I hope you enjoy every single one of your new book finds! Thanks for sharing this post with us :)
Ooh, I loveee the cover of Unleashed! It looks amazing!(: I've heard so many mixed reviews of The Hunt, so I put off on reading it, but perhaps if you enjoy the sequel a lot I'll pick it up. Undead is another one I've heard a lot about, but I'm hesitant about picking it up, so I'll wait to see how you enjoy it before adding it to my shelves.
I hope you have some luck with Unravel Me, Mandee! I didn't get through the first book, but I know a lot of readers loved it and I've heard excellent things about the second one. Also, I love that your cover is more substantial than JUST an eye-shape and pretty colors! ;) Happy Reading!
I was just thinking today about putting Shatter Me on hold at the library, and I think I'll also request The Hunt. I love reading vampire books, plus vampires are the featured paranormal creature this month for the paranormal reading challenge I signed up for (I'm participating in the Australian Women Writer's Challenge as well!). I hope you enjoy your books, Mandee!
I'm excited for The Prey and When We Wake too! Hurray! I wasn't a fan of Shatter Me, but at the same time I'm curious to know what happens next. It's basically the one time in my life thus far that I really want spoilers! Anyway, Happy Reading!
You got some great books this week, Mandee! I haven't read THE HUNT yet but it sounds really great. And ooooh, I love the cover for When We Wake, I can't wait to see what you think of the book! I still need to read Shatter Me. -__- Awesome books, happy reading!
I'm looking forward to Shatter Me as well...hopefully you enjoy it, because I've heard amazing things about it! The cover of When We Wake is sooo beautiful as well!
I hope you enjoy Shatter Me and also Unravel Me! I read Shatter Me when it first came out, and I was kind of disappointed because I had all these really high expectations and the book didn't seem to quite meet them. However, I reread it this past fall before reading an ARC of Unravel Me and LOVED it! For me, it was so much better the second time around and now I consider it to be one of my favorite books. That was a such good rereading experience for me!
I have heard a lot about Unravel me, but haven't seen that cover. Hope you enjoy.
Happy reading,
Brandi from Blkosiner’s Book Blog
Wow O_O Some dark-looking covers, but these all look amazing! I still have to read Shatter Me and Unravel Me as well. Lovely haul this week, happy reading!

Enjoyed hearing a little bit about Aussie writers. It sounds like you have some amazingly talented authors!
I have Undead and Unfed on my bookshelf...sigh...I really should not get anymore books until I can stop saying I've got this or that title waiting for me to get to them. SMH, I just feel it in my bones that Undead will be one of those rare Zombie books I'll end up enjoying, so I really should get started. Happy reading :)
Yay, happy blogoversary!!! :D Congratulations and best wishes for this coming year! <3
I haven't read The Hunt yet but I'm SO intrigued by it. I hope you love the sequel! And ooh, Unravel Me!! So jealous of that one -- I hope you LOVE Shatter Me! <3
Happy reading, Mandee!
EEEEEEEE!! I WANT UNRAVEL MEEEEEEE!!! I saw you were reading Shatter Me on GR-I hope you're enjoying it :)
Great haul Mandee! Hope you enjoy <3
I too go those three books ;) I loved The Hunt last year. And I'm currently reading The Prey and really enjoying it. And I'm also currently reading When We Wake too. And I read Unravel Me so yeah... lol
Hope you enjoy all the books ;)
Unleashed looks really great and I've heard great things about Kirsty McKay's books. Enjoy all your books :)
UNRAVEL MEEEEE.
Yes, the copy of When We Wake IS so striking! I love it. I totally think you should adopt her as an Aussie Woman writer since she lives there. =)
I'm interested to see what you end up thinking about Taherah Mafi's writing. I've been one of those who's avoided that series because I know the writing would drive me batty (all the strikeout), but it still intrigues me.
Happy reading, Mands!
Hi Mandee!! Awesome haul :D I'm intrigued about what you think of Shatter Me, but OMG our covers suck so bad. *sigh* Our cover of When We Wake is way better than international ones though, we have more colour :p
I remember I lent you The Hunt, I told you it was awesome!! I'm snuggling down and reading it this week, I can't wait!
I hope you like Unleashed, I got the sequel for review (same as you I seem to recall) but haven't read either of them. I suspect you'll get around to it before I will, so I'll look out for the review.
Enjoy those goodies!!

Come and check out my new weekly book haul feature, Stocktake Saturday.
I loved When We Wake and Unravel Me! Enjoy! Thanks for stopping by!
Amazing haul, Mandee! Ooooooooohh I can't wait to read Unravel Me!!!! OMGOMGOMG some people are rooting for Team Warner, but, honestly, I don't even think there should be a Team Warner! -.- Anyway... I can't believe you haven't read Shatter Me, but I hope you enjoy it! :)
The only one I've actually heard of is Unravel Me because of Shatter Me, however this looks like a haul with some very pretty covers.
Hope you enjoy reading! :)
Ohmygoodness Unravel Me!!! So jelly. Everybody's been reading it and giving it good reviews.
I hope you enjoy it!
Ahhhhh Unravel Me, I die of the jealousy monster. Simply die.
ALSO! I still really need to read The Hunt. It's just chilling in a pile by our stairs next to a box of files. And that's how I measure books is by the location in my house ha ha.
When We Wake and Unravel Me!!! How exciting, can't wait to see what you think of them. Happy Reading!
Oh very cool haul this week Mandee! I really need to read Shatter Me! I've also heard great things about The Hunt series. Congrats on all of these & enjoy :D
WHOA, When We Wake sounds really awesome! I had to add it to my TBR list! Hope you enjoy everything! <3

EEEEP, you got Unravel Me. I cannot wait to get my hands on that book. Enjoy! :D
I need to read all of these still. They all look incredible.
Great haul!

Ooh, I can't wait to see what you think of When We Wake! That definitely sounds interesting. And I've heard great things about Unravel Me, and even BETTER things about one particular chapter - I believe chapter 62. Heh. I'm still debating on whether or not I want to read Shatter Me. There are too many conflicting reviews from friends of mine for me to determine whether I'd like it or not, and the writing is way too over the top for my tastes. I hope you enjoy your new books!
I'm so glad you loved The Hunt. So did I. You are right, it wasn't perfect, but oh man the suspense! I am super jealous you have The Prey! I hope you really enjoy it. I kind of love that cover much better then the US cover too. :)
I cannot WAIT to see you at BEA. We will have to meet up somewhere!
Oh some great books this week Mandee, I still have to read The Hunt, but like you said have heard so many great things! I really like the covers to The Prey and When We Wake. I hope you decide to pick up Unravel Me, I don't know what's going on with the cover there, but this book definitely brought out a different side to characters I wasn't expecting. I hope you enjoy all your reads! :)
Omg Unravel Me! I loved it! I hope you enjoy it too! So many amazing quotes! I'm not feeling the cover though lol Tweet me once you finish it! I'd love to discuss it with you!

A wonderful haul Mandee! I think I'm one of the few who didn't enjoy The Hunt but i'll still read The Prey, I'm really eager to start on Shatter Me so I'm keen to see what you think.
Sorry I'm late stopping by, I'm holidaying in Qld until late next week but still trying to read your posts :-)
Happy reading!
Awesome haul! Undead had been on my wishlist for ages, I love my zombies! I hope you enjoy all these pretties! :)
MANDEEEEEE!
Like you, I'm super excited to read The Prey. I didn't request, so I was very excited to see it turn up in my mailbox.
And When We Wake sounds FASCINATING. Loving the idea it's set in Melbourne :)
