From Penguin Australia I received Quintana of Charyn by Melina Marchetta!!! I'm currently reading it and it's fantastic. I also received Rumour Has It by Ali Cronin.
From the library I borrowed Sister, Missing by Sophie McKenzie because I've just read Girl, Missing and I also borrowed an Aussie YA, Red by Libby Gleeson.
My awesome friend Maggie sent me a birthday package including a hardback copy of Code Name Verity by Elizabeth Wein - one of my favourite books ever! Thank you, Maggie :)

QUINTANA! MANDEE FINISH IT QUICKLY! I MUST KNOW HOW IT IS! Well, I already know it's going to be awesome, but I CAN'T WAIT FOR YOUR REVIEW! :D I should stop with the Caps Lock...but it's MELINA MARCHETTA! Gosh, how I wish I lived in Australia! It's only becoming available on The Fishpond on the 26th, so I'll have to wait longer for it to reach me, but I will read it before it comes out in the US! I MUST! LUCIAN!<3 ;)
Gushing aside, awesome haul this week, Mandee! I'm meaning to buy Code Name Verity myself, so I'm so glad you got a copy of your own now, thanks to Maggie! :) I know how much you enjoyed the predecessor to Rumor Has It, so I hope you enjoy this next installment of the series just as much! McKenzie's books seem to be something I'd dislike with their predictability and annoying characters, but perhaps the third novel will prove to be redeeming in the trilogy overall. I hope you enjoy all your novels this week, Mandee, and so nice to hear you're having good weather in Sydney! It's either raining or extremely humid where I live, but it's always nice to read while it rains outside! ;) Happy Reading! :D

Awesome haul! I haven't heard of any of these books but I just looked them all up on Goodreads and they all sound fantastic! Though I have seen Code Name Variety around. I just haven't read it yet. I love that Indulge with the cat and jug of milk. I chuckle every time I look at it. :D Enjoy everything you got! Happy reading! :)

I'm still undecided about whether I want to read Sister, Missing - I had pretty much the same issues as you with Girl, Missing so I've not been racing to pick up the sequel, but I am intrigued by the POV change in the third book! Enjoy your books this weekend. :)

I really had no clue who Melina Marchetta, but then I looked her up and saw that I have the first book in that series on my wishlist, so it's nice to see the third book wandering around and still being brilliant!!
